Welcome to YFMUSIC+, operated by YFM Plus PTY LTD, a company registered in Western Australia. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, services, content, and tools(“Services”). By accessing or using YFM Plus, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

‍1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
- By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

3. Nature of the Platform
YFM Plus is a membership-based rewards platform that allows users to:
- Earn loyalty points through purchases and engagement
- Access partner offers and cashback rewards
- Redeem rewards or participate in promotional

YFM Plus is not a gambling service, lottery, or financial product provider.

4. Membership & Subscriptions
- Certain features require a paid membership subscription.
- Subscription fees are billed via third-party providers (e.g. Stripe).
All payments are non-refundable, unless required by law.
Membership benefits may vary by plan and may change over time.

5. Points System
Points are loyalty rewards issued by YFM Plus.
Points:
- Have no cash or monetary value
- Cannot be purchased directly
- Cannot be transferred or exchanged
- Points may be earned through:
- Purchases via partner links
- Platform engagement activities
- Promotions and campaigns

YFM Plus reserves the right to adjust, suspend, or cancel Points at any time in cases of misuse, fraud, or system error.

6. Cashback & Partner Purchases
- Cashback rewards are earned when purchases are made through tracked partner links.
- Tracking is facilitated by third-party services (e.g. AnyTrack).
Cashback:
- Is subject to validation by the partner retailer
- May be delayed, adjusted, or declined
YFM Plus is not responsible for:
- Third-party product quality
- Delivery, refunds, or disputes with partner retailers

7. Rewards Store
The Rewards Store allows eligible members to redeem Points for selected items.
Redemption is subject to:
- Sufficient Points balance
- Product availability
YFM Plus reserves the right to:
- Substitute items
- Cancel redemptions due to errors or fraud

8. Vault Bidding System
- The Vault is a skill-based promotional feature where members use Points to place bids on rewards.
- The highest bid at auction close wins.
This system:
- Is not based on chance
- Does not constitute gambling or a lottery

All bidding activity is governed by the Vault Bidding Terms & Conditions.

9. Prize Fulfilment & Cash Alternatives
Winners may receive:
- The advertised item; or
A cash alternative, where offered
Cash alternatives:
- Are fixed and disclosed prior to participation
- Are paid via bank transfer following identity verification

YFM Plus reserves the right to substitute prizes where necessary.

10. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Create multiple accounts
- Manipulate or exploit system mechanics
- Engage in fraudulent or abusive behaviour

YFM Plus may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.

11. Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to:
- Suspend or terminate accounts
- Remove Points or rewards
- Cancel participation in promotions
- Where we reasonably believe misuse, fraud, or breach of Terms has occurred.

12. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and materials on the Platform are the property of YFM Plus and may not be used without permission.

13. Platform Availability
We aim to provide uninterrupted access but do not guarantee availability.
We are not liable for:
- Downtime
- System errors
- Delays in processing

14. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, YFM Plus is not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Loss of Points due to technical issues
- Third-party service failures
- Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.

15. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

16. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.1
